About the event
One of the best volunteer opportunities of the year because you can work and socialize at the same time! All activities at Country Arbors Nursery, Urbana (watch for signs to locate the greenhouse). It takes lots of volunteers working together to raise and distribute over 7000 native plants. Grand Prairie Friends has always had tremendous support from the community with this sale. Maybe that is because it's so much fun and gratifying to see the happy faces of customers as they pick up their plants. It is rewarding to know more and more native plants are being planted in gardens in urban and rural areas for the pollinators we depend on. Come help out with that effort!
